The Corporate Finance team is responsible for various functions - including planning, forecasting, reporting, capital markets activities, financial systems, and partnership with our Total Rewards team on compensation planning and forecasting. Reporting to our Head of Corporate Finance, you will play a key role on our Corporate Finance team while partnering across the finance team, the accounting team, and the company. This role will be responsible for some of our key company-facing processes, including - partnership with our Total Rewards team, ownership of our financial planning tool, and ownership of internal reporting processes. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience that offers autonomy, interactions with business partners, and the opportunity to impact a rapidly growing business. What You'll Be Doing Collaborate with our Total Rewards team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for our compensation budgets Drive efficiency across core finance processes through automation, simplification, and coordination, including ownership of our financial planning tool Drive our internal reporting processes, including coordination across finance and shaping our financial narrative for executives and other internal stakeholders What You Should Have 3+ years of related experience (e.g., FP&A, Accounting backgrounds, management consulting) Systems and EPM management experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working exceptionally well cross-functionally and with multiple constituents Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate financial results and narrative to a variety of audiences Understanding of financial planning and accounting concepts, equity and stock-based compensation a plus The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 to $167,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
