Responsibilities Providing exceptional client experience as the first interaction a client has when they reach out to Velo for assistance Troubleshooting quick fix issues with clients including user access, network, and application support Communicating with clients via phone, email, and messaging to resolve requests Supporting client IT infrastructure by responding to alerts and alarms to manage the IT environment proactively Working with Senior Engineers to advance your knowledge, skillset, and capabilities Providing white?glove onsite client support for issues that require hands?on resolution, delivery of equipment, and new user orientations Support Engineer I: Escalating issues to Senior Engineers when necessary for timely resolution Support Engineer II: Assisting and mentoring early career Engineers and helping them develop their skillsets, problem solving, and career development About Velo Velo is one of the fastest growing IT managed service providers in the United States.
