Check out our videos at jobs.jobvite.com/provisur and see for yourself The manufacturing engineering supervisor oversees the assessment of current manufacturing processes, implements new procedures for enhanced efficiency, quality, and safety, while minimizing costs. They also manage the review of manufacturing methods for prototype components, suggesting design changes for improved manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. As a key participant in continuous improvement, they prioritize tasks, direct the team's efforts, and supervise and develop staff as necessary.
