Job Responsibilities: The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency, demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers and driving results. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models. Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through a personalized experience. Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with Company priorities. Take ownership of personal metrics and create strategies to achieve performance goals. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategy to customers. Follow up with customers consistently to influence/close the sale. Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor at all times. Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store standards and supporting inventory processes. Competencies Required: Drive For Results Customer Focus Creativity Interpersonal Savvy Learning on The Fly Perseverance Dealing with Ambiguity Additional Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to utilize technology. Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
