In our employees, we look for a passion to anticipate and meet our guest's needs and the desire to attain the highest levels of quality and service in all areas of the Spa.Now Hiring: Part-timePay: $15-$18 depending on experienceAs a Gervasi Team Member You'll Enjoy:Medical, Dental, Vision, Employer paid Life Insurance, 401K with match, Disability and moreGV Perx - discounts on meals/merchandise for staff and family/friendsFlexible work schedulesOpportunity for training, career advancement and wage growth7 Paid Holidays (FT)Additional PTO (FT)Responsibilities:Assist in greeting and welcoming guests to the Spa, providing information for any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services, and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa.Answer all phone calls timely and assist with all booking reservations.Responds quickly to request from guest, supervisors, or management in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfactionAssist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the Spa.Perform Opening and Closing duties seamlessly. Assist with keeping all areas clean including locker room and restrooms while exhibiting courteous hospitality to all guestsCleans and folds laundry for treatments and changing rooms when needed.Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress in ordinance with the standards set by and for the Gervasi Spa employees.Always follows company policies and proceduresRequirements:Prior Spa experience strongly preferredLuxury hotel experience Knowledge in Book4Time softwareBachelor's DegreeDue to the cyclical nature of the Spa Service industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the business including select evenings, regular weekends, and Holidays.Prior front desk or administrative experienceMust be over 18 Years OldMinimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel, or spa environmentWorking knowledge of spa services and productsJoin Northeast Ohio's premier destination resort that delivers a world class hospitality experience to our guests and outstanding career and growth opportunities for our team members.
