JOB TITLE: Talent & Development Partner

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible with developing and implementing leadership programs, talent management initiatives, and enhancing organizational culture and engagement. Work closely with a variety of teams to foster leadership acumen and drive performance, ensures talent initiatives align with strategic objectives. This position requires a strong business mindset and excellent project management skills. This role emphasizes the collection and analysis of data to measure program impact, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and program enhancements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assist in the development, refinement, and implementation of global leadership excellence programs to drive organizational performance and foster strategic talent development initiatives.
  • Support action planning for global survey results, using insights to develop and implement strategies that address key findings and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, influencing and collaborating with senior leaders globally to align talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted partner and thought leader alongside HRBP teams, specialized learning teams, and cross-functional business leaders to scale and operationalize global talent initiatives.
  • Define and execute projects within the global talent roadmap, focusing on enhancing associate experience and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and refine global programs for onboarding, assimilation, internal movements, and offboarding.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and high performance within the global team.
  • Partner with the Analytics Team to analyze data on a global scale to measure program impact, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and program enhancements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

7- 9 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related field. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs. Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global organization.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Typical Office Environment requirements include reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Additional Physical Requirements

Ability to travel up 5%, domestically

Target Pay Range: $79,400.00 to $99,300.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
