RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with defining measurable strategies to meet specific campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Media Team and our partners to identify and explore opportunities for greater impact.
  • Be responsible for initiating, strategizing, implementing, optimizing & reporting on paid advertising campaigns across various physical and digital marketing mediums.
MUST-HAVES
  • Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ad, Spotify, CTV, etc.
  • Ability to brainstorm creative ideas/concepts for campaigns
  • Ability to manage people, including motivating others, offering sound decision-making, and giving direction.
  • Ability to analyze data and connect the dots, making the necessary strategic adjustments for future campaigns
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
  • Experience with SEM and SEO
  • High level of communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail and solution-oriented
  • Proficient in Google Drive/Docs
NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication or public relations.
  • Experience with digital marketing initiatives such as text campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Certified in Facebook Ads
  • Knowledge of Elevation Church
  • Continued education in digital marketing
DAY-TO-DAY
  • We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
  • There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
  • Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun
