The receptionist position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the front office and must display the utmost professionalism while communicating effectively with internal and external customers.

- Responsible for the facility's day-to-day operations which include but are not limited to distributing building access keys, scheduling meetings, process and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment including copier, mail, fax machine, etc.
- Supports Human Resources with administrative duties and special projects
- Supports finance with printing and mailing checks or payments.
- Maintains office supply inventory and purchases supplies as needed in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This position would require someone to be highly organized. The employee is interrupted often throughout the day and will need to have a system for going back to complete other tasks once interrupted. The employee must be able to maintain a positive attitude and can assist customers with a variety of needs.

Requirements
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel:
Occasional need to travel to run errands.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of equivalent experience
- Computer skills: use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to learn new software and assist others with the use of tablets and/or laptops
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machines, FedEx, and UPS
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a Department of Human Services Background Study
- Must have a valid driver's license
