Position Overview: Better Speech is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our remote team. As a Virtual SLP doing telehealth, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States, providing speech therapy services to clients of all ages through our innovative online platform. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement treatment plans to address clients' communication goals. Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions using our secure online platform and materials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions. Who You Are: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in speech therapy. Experience with telepractice or willingness to undergo training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities. What We Would Like to See: Cross-licensure in multiple states highly favored. Experience working with diverse populations and age groups. Familiarity with online therapy platforms and technology. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
