Soliant is presently in search of a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team based in schools. As an SLP with us, you'll have the chance to significantly impact the lives of individuals grappling with communication and swallowing difficulties.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Florida (Remote)

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop tailored treatment plans guided by assessment outcomes, student objectives, and evidence-based methodologies.
Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
Employ diverse techniques and modalities to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language comprehension and expression.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer support and guidance to students facing communication challenges.
Regularly track and document progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and continually assess outcomes.

Qualifications:
Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Possess an active state licensure or be eligible for licensure as an SLP.
Preferred possession of Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Prior experience working with diverse populations and age ranges is highly valued.
Thorough familiarity with assessment tools, therapeutic methods, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
