This is a part-time opportunity based onsite at our corporate headquarters in Duluth, Minnesota from January 2025 through May 2025, followed by a full-time opportunity from June to August 2025.

Job Duties:

  • Participate as member of a team of professional and dedicated employees.
  • Receive on-the-job training and experience working with reporting, analytics, etc.
  • Develop skills vitally important in today's fast-paced work environment including analytical skills, team-based interaction, goal setting and strategic planning, the ability to work under pressure, listening and organizational skills, among others.
  • This position will be project based with cross-functional experiences within audit, internal controls, accounting research, policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • College junior or senior with emphasis in accounting, business, or related field.
  • A self-starter.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Research & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Keynote, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in social media platforms and ability to learn other internal database programs.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
  • Must be able to complete entire duration of internship.
  • Must be able to secure local housing for duration of internship.
