Job description: The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the Accounts Payable Manager in the daily functions of the accounting department for the companies managed by Praesum Healthcare

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties/Responsibilities: • Knowledge of Invoice Processing, Preparing vendor checks • Knowledge of reconciliation of credit card statements, bank statements, etc. • Extremely Organized, Attention to Detail • Highly proficient in Excel a MUST, knowledge of Great Plains a plus • Possess the ability to critically analyze documentation

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • AA Degree or Vocational training preferred in a related field • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role • Individual must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Accounts Payable Specialist Schedule: • Full Time 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F • May or may not include weekends
