Position : Senior Compensation Analyst Location : San Diego, CA or Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration : 12 months contract Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st shift Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Working under the supervision of NA TR: Define and benchmark (validation of the benchmark) the roles to be reviewed by site Conduct the analysis of the identified roles by site Validate the results with each site HRM Prepare recommendations and next steps for the review by HRBP, TR and Business Leaders (up to Executive level) Finalize recommendation and next steps - Consolidate the recommendations to be shared with HRBP, TR and Business Leaders (up to Executive level) Required Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor degree in business, economics or a related field or equivalent required. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in U.S. compensation analysis and administration. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, include experience with FLSA classification projects related to M&A activity. Proven ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management. Excellent analytical and organization skills. Excellent Excel ability. Ability to manage to deadlines and multiple priorities, work under pressure and handle confidential information appropriately. Detailed knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures, and techniques. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with Workday a plus.
