Compétences

De formation supérieure BAC +4/5 (école de commerce, ingénieur…), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative, plus de 10 ans, dans la mise en œuvre de projets de référentiels media et vous maîtrisez au moins un outil DAM majeur (Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Celum, Keepeek, Stylelabs, Bynder, Nuxeo, etc.) acquise au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou d’une ESN. Vous êtes curieux des technologies actuelles et à venir (IA, 3D, Réalité Virtuelle, etc.) et fréquentez les salons sur l’Innovation, le E-Commerce, la Création de Contenus Digitaux, etc. Poste & responsabilités

Au sein des activités de son offre « PIM – DAM », Adone Conseil déploie des outils de référentiels media (Digital Asset Management) permettant de produire, classer et distribuer les contenus digitaux dans une perspective omni-canale (E-commerce, Réseaux Sociaux, Web, Intranet, Print, Digital TV, Digital In Store, Réalité Virtuelle, etc.). Dans ce cadre, nous recrutons un.e consultant.e spécialiste DAM pour mener à bien ces projets chez nos clients. Vous interviendrez directement chez nos clients aux côtés des équipes projets Adone. Vous aurez la responsabilité des actions suivantes : Définition de la roadmap projets, pilotage du budget, principes de gouvernance Gestion des avant-ventes : rédaction de proposition commerciale, soutenance, négociation de contrat, Réalisation d’étude fonctionnelles amont projet Mise en place de modèles de delivery Appel d’offres éditeurs et sélection technologies Audit et design de processus Animation de réunions et des comités de pilotage Industrialisation des innovations digitales : gouvernance, socle technique, documentation et support Management d’équipe, recrutement, staffing, coaching, suivi de carrière Conduite du changement En mission chez nos clients, cela ne vous empêchera pas de vous investir en interne en portant les valeurs d’Adone et contribuer au développement du cabinet (favoriser les initiatives, les offres …). Seul on avance vite, mais en groupe, on va plus loin.
