Software Testing & Technical Support Specialist . Stimline is Digital a leading software company that develops cutting-edge solutions for the energy industry. We develop innovative SaaS solutions for planning, executing, and analyzing drilling and wells, making drilling and wells processes safer, more efficient, and more profitable for our clients. Our vision is to lead the charge towards a digital and automated future in this industry, driven by our team's passion and expertise. Please note: Work permit in USA is required. You will need

A robust IT background, evidenced by a BS/MS degree in a related field. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing and technical support. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services, with a keen understanding of its application in SaaS environments. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal development teams and external customers. Prior experience in the oil and gas sector is a significant plus, adding valuable industry-specific insights. Key responsibilities

Ensure the highest quality of our Azure-based SaaS solutions through meticulous testing and validation. Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies in our software products. Work collaboratively with our development team to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Participate in product development meetings, contributing your insights to improve software functionality and user interface. Provide technical support to our global clients, offering guidance and resolving challenges to enhance user experience. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software testing to continuously improve our processes and tools.
