Overview The Manager, Omnichannel Ecommerce is responsible for supporting the Sr Manager, Digital Marketing in ensuring implementation of Ecommerce content across our brands, eg. Ajinomoto, Jose Ole, Tai Pei, Ling Ling, and Revel Eats. You will work with platform vendors, marketing teams and sales teams to coordinate the creation, management, syndication and quality control of product content and information. As we embrace the digital transformation, we are seeking an individual to optimize our retail presence and enhance the visibility of our products across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Ensure all online listings are accurate and new product launches are syndicated across all retailers and foodservice distributors.
Manage product content updates and maintenance of imagery, descriptions, and specifications.
Find new opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience across all omnichannel platforms.
Product maintenance in all GDSN data sync platforms such as GS1, 1WorldSync, Syndigo, Item360, Salsify.
Monitor and improve retailer content scores by adhering to retailer guidelines and best practices.
Manage omnichannel efforts and track tactics in marketing calendar.
Work in tandem with marketing team to sync/drive online content to mirror marketing efforts with sales demand and retail promotions.
Support ad hoc content needs for digital activations
Work with retailers to understand how to improve OPD score and test-and-learn against improvements
Execute couponing initiatives including offer code creation, pre/post redemption and ROI for sales and retail partners
Work with the content team to create high-performing retailer-specific product content
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience with digital shelf management
2-4 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods
Hands-on experience working with e-commerce product detail pages
Experience with Syndigo/Salsify, 1WorldSync, Share-ify, JDE and Product Vision is preferred
Expertise in working with large product datasets and PIMs (product information management systems)
Very strong attentional to detail
Advanced expertise with Excel functions
Experience with securing cross-functional alignment and implementing process improvement
Range $93,000 to $115,00
