Job Description:

The Hartford HealthCare Access Center is the central access point for ambulatory scheduling practices providing timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate access to Medical Group and other clinical services.
The Template Optimization Specialist II will be responsible for maintaining and updating provider templates across all specialties within the Access Center. They will ensure the templates are built and maintained in accordance to guidelines set by the Access Scheduling Operation Groups and ensure changes are approved by access center and specialty leadership. Assist in tracking provider clinical time and administrative time. Assist in gathering and tracking trends that are presented to leadership to ensure the impact of change is understood. The Template Optimization Specialist II will work with the AO&I manager, clinicians, practice managers, and practice directors to ensure templates and subgroups are optimized. They will assist Care Connect Cadence Analysts with review of all new build requests from specialty operations. The Template Optimization Specialist will attend meetings, lead conversation in education and re-education of template build information; review and analyze data to help guild in template selection or reselection; and lead Quality Assurance work sessions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED equivalent preferred
Minimum of one year in healthcare. Working in Epic or other practice management system experiences. Scheduling and provider template experience a must. Cadence certified preferred
