Job Summary:
Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Class A or B CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This position will be serving the Mountain Home area. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting our products to our customers in a timely manner. You will serve as an essential part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our products are delivered with the utmost care.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $25 to $29 per hour DOE, paid semimonthly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities:
•Operate and maintain a commercial motor vehicle, primarily class A or B trucks.
•Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and mechanically sound.
•Load and unload products according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
•Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
•Deliver products to customers' locations in a timely and efficient manner.
•Resolve any customer concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
•Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
•Communicate regularly with dispatch to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
•Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure own and others' safety.
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
•Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
•Must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
•Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
•Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for transporting hazardous materials.
•Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
•Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Strong time-management and organizational skills.
•Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
•Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
