Position Summary: Analyst

Highly motivated and skilled bilingual Client Service support fluent in Japanese. The Client Service Analyst will support Transaction Banking of the Americas Corporate clients handling client interactions via phone and email communication supporting day-to-day needs for information, service assistance and problem resolution related to their banking transactions. Ensure issues are addressed appropriately, accurately and in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in a team environment and internal service partners to address client needs and solutions.
  • Use product knowledge to resolve client issues.
  • Provide excellent client service support and respond to client inquiries timely.
  • Support Phone/Email/Secured Message channels to resolve client inquiries.
  • Ensure policy guidelines are followed to mitigate risk and compliance issues.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to, implement, and follow policies and procedures that support the Bank's Risk Vision, including the Bank's anti-money laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and other relevant operational, compliance and other risk management-related requirements as appropriate.
  • Further a culture of risk and compliance discipline, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining compliance with Bank and business process-related policies and procedures, exhibiting a strong understanding of the risks associated with the employee's position, escalating issues of risk concern to management, and maintaining appropriate data integrity and confidentiality regarding all customer files, customer information and business transactions.
Qualifications:
The right candidate will have:
  • Financial services/banking background with a Client Service and Treasury Management knowledge a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications. Japanese Communication skills is required.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
  • Must be a team player who fosters a collaborative working relationship across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree


The typical base pay range for this role is between $67K - $83K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
