Pay Rate: $14-$16/Hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • This position is for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
  • This position will answer and handle general information calls to the Client Board.
  • Call types will include English and Spanish speakers inquiring about licensing, payments, website, compliance, and accounts.
  • This position will also review and enter information into the board's database systems.
Skills Required

  • Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Must type a minimum of 45 wpm.
  • Effective critical thinking and reasoning skills. Knowledgeable in Google Suite.
  • Able to communicate using proper English/Spanish to include proper sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.
Experience Required
  • Experience in a call center with time constraints and high call volumes.
  • Education Required
  • Minimum HS Diploma or Equivalent.
