Responsibilities
Besides helping the HR department with onboarding and orientation, you will manage our talent pool by leveraging our ATS Job Diva and other tools to help us build a quality pool of candidates to join The Autumn Group
Collaborate with the Hiring Managers to develop effective recruitment strategies based on our current business needs
Assist the HR department with developing salary structures, establishing qualification criteria, and drafting job descriptions
Connect with potential candidates across various job boards, such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and similar channels
Shortlist applicants by evaluating resumes, conducting background checks, and reviewing assessment results
Set up automated tools to track candidates and manage logistics of all interviews between the candidate and the Hiring Manager
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in handling employee documentation and onboarding new hires

We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to assist our HR Manager with end-to-end recruitment by determining our staffing needs, sourcing new talent, and managing interviews with qualified applicants. You will improve our hiring efforts across various job boards by drafting compelling job descriptions and coordinating interviews with the Hiring Manager.
