Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels. The primary role of the Marketing Assistant

will be to function as administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications. You will collaborate with our marketing and advertising teams in each stage of marketing campaigns. Your work will include developing, growing, and expanding our marketing channels through social media outreach, blogging, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web) Develop copy and creative for blogs, social media posts and e-newsletters Communicate with distributor and manufacturer partners about new products and services available to our employees and customers Help organize marketing events focused on product education for core customers (builders, remodelers, architects, interior designers) and employees Coordinate in-store/ showroom merchandising initiatives Acquisition and distribution of promotional materials (hats, t-shirts, pens, pencils) Develop marketing strategies for Kuiken Brothers exclusive brands and services, including Kitchen & Bath, KB Moulding Collection, Commercial Building Materials, Millwork Showrooms, On-Line Account Management Tools Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns Performing market analysis and research on competition Help distribute marketing materials Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Experience with WordPress Website preferred but not required.
