Required Skills: § A seasoned UX professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading and managing design teams. § Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis. § A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX design projects across digital and/or physical products. § Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and inspire cross-functional teams. § A keen storyteller who can translate complex user insights into clear and compelling user journeys. § A passion for user-centered design and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. § Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision) is a plus.
