Clients can quickly integrate with our platform with simplified APIs and receive business insights using advanced API interfaces. In APR, we have blended Product and Technology organizations to ideate and develop state of the art products and services for our clients using the cloud-based modern platform that caters to the best-in-class experience for our clients. Our platforms process more than 350 million transactions a day, moving $2+ trillion yearly across the globe and supporting a growing list of more than 30+ payment methods.Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiativesDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, API's, etc.Experience or strong understanding of T-Account ledgering and reconciliation would be a great plusJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
