Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Westbury, NY. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer support interactions via phone, providing assistance with orders, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining professional and courteous phone etiquette while resolving customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
