Job Description
Our client, an IT company providing tailored helpdesk and office support services, is currently looking for candidates for a Network Engineer position to work on-site at their client's location.
What will you be working on
Operation and maintenance of internal systems and servers for bank customers.
Preparation of operational documentation.
General operational tasks such as access log reporting and patching work.
Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts (software license renewals, hardware maintenance).
Handling user inquiries.
Maintaining good communication with team members.
Qualifications Requirement
What they're looking for
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Around 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance with ITIL concepts, particularly for infrastructure.
Experience managing multiple servers, primarily Windows.
General knowledge of on-prem server management, including VMware.
Experience with projects for Japanese companies.
Banking experience to understand security compliance.
General knowledge of cloud server management.
Proactively identify operational issues and collaborate with the team leader on improvement initiatives.
