Job Description Analysis & design of civil & structural works: Preparation of design briefs, technical reports, technical notes and authorities submission documents. Carry out design activities to deliver cost-effective design deliverables in compliance with statutory and clients’ requirements. Co-ordinate with architect and other consultants to resolve interface issues and technical clarifications. Preparation of tender documents (conditions of contract, specifications and tender drawings). Act as a Lead Engineer for our Mid to Large size projects. Involved in overall project lifecycle from study, planning, designing, tendering and construction stages. Provides specialized technical solutions and expertise to clients. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, clients, contractors and relevant parties. Proactive communication, mentoring and guiding the Team to ensure their constant development. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in structural design of buildings and infrastructure works. Registration with professional body will be beneficial. Conversant in technical analysis software for buildings and geotechnical works. Knowledgeable in Autocad and/or BIM software will be an advantage. Strong project management skills.
