- Monthly ONI metrics deck
- Monthly plant reporting for each location, create separate P&L's for processing and distribution by location (currently this is combined)
- Maintain allocations utilized for monthly plant reporting
- Quarterly monitoring of GL reporting by employee for percentage of time in processing. To be reviewed by Directors of Ops and VP of Ops to be input to Ultipro system. This could fluctuate quarterly based on new hire reaching training standards etc.
- Monthly headcount reporting for actuals including terms/new hires/open positions
- Work with Operations, Safety, and Quality department heads to establish and track ongoing KPI's
- Operational bonus plan - implement quarterly calculations and process to track KPI's with VP of Operations for all operations employees at all locations, obtain approval, and coordinate payment with HR
- Implement attendance reporting for operations
- Quarterly ONI forecast including headcount at more detailed level than being done currently
- Monthly sales forecast including Wind - coordinate with sales and wind leadership
- Annual budget
- Capex forecast for ONI (quarterly)
- Assist with building models to support acquisition of new equipment
- Compare job level costs in actuals to quoted estimates to determine if assumptions made in quoting software need to be changed for type of processing or plant
- Determine process for flagging jobs for review where actual costs (material, labor, overhead) exceed quoted costs
- Review overhead structure and benchmark against peers
- Work with department heads to determine cost savings opportunities
- Review Quill, U-Line, Home Depot and other vendors for cost by location
- Review categories across all locations to leverage national contracts to cut costs
- Review large spend categories to look for cost savings opportunities
- Fidelity timely remittance filing
- Assist with 401k audit and annual match true up
- Assist with tracking Job Descriptions and Job Title List for ISO standards
- Assist with OneStream implementation
- Assist as needed with GP Manufacturing Module
