Ceridian Dayforce (HRIS) Project Manager Brief Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Ceridian Dayforce (HRIS) Project Manager with expertise in project management, solution architecture, and HCM implementation. This hybrid role requires strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, along with technical proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce solutions. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight and support for HCM system implementation projects, focusing on Ceridian Dayforce Time/Workforce Management, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Talent Management. Assist clients and consultants throughout the implementation phases, utilizing the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for project management. Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring projects are within scope and budget. Lead project activities, including business process design, system configuration, testing, data conversion, and integration development. Manage fixed cost and time and materials-based project budgets. Act as a system expert on Ceridian Dayforce, staying updated on features and providing maximum value to clients. Communicate project milestones, risks, issues, and status to project team members and stakeholders. Conduct workshops to gather client specifications and industry standards. Coordinate implementation solution teams and lead steering committees. Identify and analyze project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor project progress, validate customer go-live, and measure project success. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of HCM industry experience with a solid understanding of Time and Attendance, Payroll, HR, and Benefits regulations/rules. Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce solutions, including solution architecture, database, and security. Experience in project management, leading project activities and teams, managing project budgets, and adhering to SDLC principles. Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues. Ability to gather and interpret client business needs, communicate requirements to vendors, and build trust with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client presentation and facilitation skills. Flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to project and client needs. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
