Remain abreast of evolving home improvement and market trends to provide informed recommendations and tailored service solutions to meet customers' needs effectively. Provide additional administrative and project support as needed. Brand Marketing Assistant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred but not required. Experience in a marketing, promotional, retail sales, or customer-facing role is ideal. Ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Proven track record of public speaking or presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle rejection in a professional and positive manner.
