Accounts payable specialist

Randstad Finance and Accounting seeks experienced Accounts payable Specialists with a solid A/P background for potential upcoming consulting opportunities in the commutable Malvern area. shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Performing accounts payable functions including receiving and matching invoices
  • Keying vendor invoices for payment
  • Prepare reports as requested by management (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) and assist in closing procedures
  • Work with vendors regarding disputed invoices to resolve any and all issues
  • Account reconciliation


Skills Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
