This role is pivotal in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively, helping our elderly clients enjoy a higher quality of life within their own homes. As a Medical Administrative Coordinator, you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate patient care activities, and serve as a liaison among patients, their families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for clinical staff and patients. Act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, providing exemplary customer service. Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline processes and improve patient care delivery. Handle confidential patient documentation and ensure accurate billing and coding for services. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
