Employ the modern data stack: Leverage your proficiency with dbt, Snowflake, Mode, Stitch, SQL, and Python to transform raw data into actionable insights and build data models to support reporting and analytics requirements. Engage with multiple stakeholders: You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Product, understand their data needs, provide insights, and assist in making data-driven decisions. Analyze SaaS metrics: Utilize a strong background in SaaS metrics by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily active users, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and cohorted retention rates. Inform account-based strategies : You will work closely with our Account Management and Sales teams to identify product qualified leads (PQLs) and account health metrics. You will refine these metrics as needed in order to ensure these quantitative definitions are actionable and produce results. Analyze key marketing metrics : You will monitor and explain fluctuations in marketing performance. You’ve supported data needs across multiple marketing channels in your previous roles, such as email, social, and paid ads. Your familiarity with third party marketing tools and APIs enables you to easily derive insights and troubleshoot discrepancies across business-user reporting and data warehouse models.
