Responsibilities:

?????? Es responsabilidad del cocinero preparar todos los alimentos de acuerdo con el men, las recetas, las especificaciones del plato y las solicitudes de los huspedes. Tambin es responsabilidad de esta funcin garantizar que la preparacin y el servicio de los alimentos sean de la ms alta calidad y de acuerdo con los tiempos de preparacin especificados.

Qualifications:
  • Preparar alimentos segn especificaciones establecidas y recetas estandarizadas.
  • Inspeccionar equipos, embutidos, mariscos y productos agrcolas para garantizar que se cumplan los estndares de calidad del producto.
  • Mantener los niveles de inventario establecidos y ordenar el stock.
  • Garantizar controles adecuados de rotacin, almacenamiento y cantidad de productos.
  • Aplicar consistentemente los procedimientos establecidos de seguridad y saneamiento.
  • Asistir a todas las estaciones y lneas respectivas segn sea necesario.
  • Capacidad para leer, descifrar y ejecutar procedimientos de coccin y presentacin de platos basados ??en recetas establecidas y especificaciones de platos.


Posted Salary Range:
USD $15.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
