Under direction of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the organization of moving, housing, and supplying product to customers. You will work to ensure that the product is transported to customers in a timely manner. You will receive packages and orders that are sent to the company. You also will audit the inventory and maintains a constant supply of product and materials. What You’ll Do: Organize inventory and follow shipping procedures Work as a member of the team to achieve our standard of quality of work and goals Maintain attention to detail while working through job duties Use critical thinking as new situations and problems arise Maintain professionalism, security, and integrity to ourselves, co-workers, and customers Ship orders from the VAs in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy Create shipping labels Fulfill sales orders in Netsuite Follow shipping procedures to pick, package, and ship inventory Activate devices through Orion Ensure all orders are shipped out within 48 hrs Daily counts of inventory to ensure that it is correct in Netsuite Investigate into how inventory levels may be incorrect Make adjustments as needed Process, fulfill, and ship replacements, and accessories that are needed by end users Process requests for Demo units Receive packages and process returned devices through RMA testing Test returned devices for defects Repurpose successful devices Create dummy units Work with other departments to maintain efficiency and find resolutions to larger issues Other duties as prescribed - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
