Market Director - Executive Search

Job Description:

Think is currently seeking a leader in Executive Search to lead the continued growth of our Retained and Interim Executive practice. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in retained and interim search particularly in successfully concluding searches within consulting and PE firms.

In this newly created position, this multifaceted role involves both net new business development and recruiting of executive leadership searches. Responsibilities include refining market strategies to enhance revenue generation and ensuring operational excellence. This role will also support existing and net new and expansion global referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: Cultivate net new client relationships for Executive Search Services on sales initiatives and nurturing new business opportunities. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level positions, from initial client consultation to candidate placement. Utilize various sourcing techniques including networking, direct sourcing, and database search to identify top executive talent. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating skills, experience, cultural fit, and leadership potential. Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate candidate/client communication, and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements Manage Global Partner Alliances for executive referral business Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional services. Build, manage, and lead the future search executive search leaders team Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, offering strategic guidance through periodic reviews. Offer insights into market trends, best practices, and improvement opportunities, guiding clients towards optimal solutions. Drive talent acquisition strategies for new clients, liaising effectively with stakeholders Define and communicate individual and team performance metrics Engage with clients to assess needs and explore alternative recruitment solutions, continually seeking to enhance customer satisfaction. Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with a strong preference for interim and retained engagements involving consultants at the executive level. Demonstrated success in business development within the retained/interim industry Extensive experience building, leading and motivating teams, with a track record of driving change and achieving key performance indicators. Proficiency in stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation, with a history of interacting effectively with senior leadership. Willingness to travel up to 15% annually. Must be able to travel outside the United States. Bachelor's degree required.
