Brown & Brown is seeking a Marketing Intern for our team in Tampa, Florida.

Orchid Underwriters Agency (Orchid), a member of the Brown & Brown National Programs family is seeking a

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Create flyers for internal events.
  • Assist with trade show events, including coordinating with vendors, shipping the displays and materials to and from event venues, and logging post event notes for future reference.
  • Assist with maintaining an inventory of promotional material
  • Assist with social media weekly posts.
  • Conduct market research to gather information on agent preferences and trends.
  • Assist with the online quarterly agent newsletter.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of agent communications.
  • Manage reports via Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Junior or Senior standing at a university or colleges with a focus in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Preferred:
  • Prior experience with Canva.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles.
