Town and Country Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Team Lead to provide support and leadership in achieving the goals of the loan servicing department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

* Provides extensive and often complex support to the lending areas of the Corporation. * Proactively develops good working relationships both with internal and external customers/contacts. * Reviews and/or balances daily and monthly reports * Conducts file maintenance and/or transactions on loan accounts * Inputs new loans, performs loan account verifications and processes various loan functions * Builds relationships with customers by handling inquiries and completing necessary research as a priority. * Meets set deadlines and ensures follow up and organization in all assigned duties. * Maintains a focus on compliance issues and proactively stays abreast of changes to federal and state regulations. * Develops strong understanding and strictly follows the company's established policies and procedures. * May assist with training new staff within the department. * Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* A minimum of five years loan servicing experience * Familiar with Investor reporting and responding to investor inquiries or audits * Working knowledge of office practices and procedures * Excellent ten key skills (35 wpm) * Working knowledge of computers and Office 365 * Ability to accurately handle high volumes of work under strict deadlines with high attention to detail * Ability to multi-task in a stressful, fast-paced environment at certain times of the year. * Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers in a positive manner and resolve inquiries * Willing to work overtime if need be

EDUCATION:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
