We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead hiring efforts, refine hiring and retention practices, and lead human resources strategy and execution for Quality Glass and Mirror Service. This role will be responsible for partnering with our leadership team to support the growth of our team. The right candidate is proactive, willing to roll up their sleeves, and draws on their experience in the fields of talent acquisition and human resources management to create a world class experience for candidates and employees. In this role you will: Partner with executive leadership to make Quality Glass and Mirror Service the employer of choice in our industry and to deliver best-in-class results for the organization in hiring, retention, and benefits administration and management Be an advocate for our company culture and partner with the CEO to orient acquisition and engagement strategies around Quality's core values and business goals Have responsibility for recruiting and talent management including interview and onboarding strategy, employee engagement, employee reviews and performance management, succession planning, organizational design, and knowledge transfer Lead initiatives to optimize onboarding and training strategy as our team expands Own benefits selection, implementation, and maintenance for the company Background and Experience Required: 5+ years' experience in human capital, talent management, and/or human resources experience including experience with employee engagement, performance management, and career development A history of using data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive business results Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize competing priorities, collaborate across the organization, and resolve challenges Experience working across human capital information systems and talent management systems and highly capable in Microsoft Office applications Working knowledge of and ability to advise on employment law Bachelor's degree required, Masters or higher preferred Work Environment: This role requires you to be in person five days per week.
