Hours: 1st Shift, 8 am-5 pm, Hybrid work schedule after 2 weeks in the office for acclamation and 2 days a week in the office.

Pay: $ 35.46 per hour

Worker's Compensation Claims Adjuster Job Details:

  • Review Workers' Compensation claims, and reports and determine if occupational illness or injury is compensable; authorize and compute benefit payment (Temporary Total Disability, Permanent Disability, Life Pension).
  • Review and document claim reports from physicians, ability to investigate claims from onset to resolution.
  • Explain to injured workers their benefits and legal rights under Workers' Compensation Laws.
  • Prepare subrogation and litigation cases and correspond with doctors and attorneys on litigated cases.

Qualifications: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the past five (5) years, specializing in the adjustment of workers' compensation claims. This includes one (1) year of expertise in handling intricate litigated claims, such as continuous trauma, AOE/COE, stress claims, and safety claims.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
