Responsibilities:
  • Preparingand reviewing various month-end close activities, including timelypreparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Keyrole in financial and overhead audit activities
  • Continuallyevaluating and optimizing month-end close processes to deliver processautomation and improved accuracy
  • Participatingin the preparation and review of internal controls and the correspondingpolicies and procedures that improve the overall operation and reducerisks of the business
  • Handling accountingoperations responsibilities including lease accounting, amortizationschedules, AP, bank reconciliations
  • Expense reportprocessing and payroll processing backup
Education & Experience Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Staff Accountant, Financial Analyst, Project Accountant (or similar role) preferably in a corporate finance or financial services environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial principles.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy and integrity in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • StrongExcel skills and experience with ERP and payroll systems
