Expanding the Perry, FL Team

Our Address: 700 Super Pufft St, Perry, FL 32348

We at Shearer's have plans to immediately expand production and continue to grow the team in the Perry facility as well as continue to service our key customers. We have the following shift available for immediate hire:

Forklift Operator
Nights - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Your seat at the best snacks table:
  • Adhere to all GMP's, Food Safety requirements and company policies
  • Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
  • Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage
  • Load trailers via forklift or stack cases on floor of truck trailer
  • Assist in product inventory
  • General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
  • Lift objects that weigh between 15 and 50 pounds
  • Other duties as assigned by line leader / management
What you bring to the party:
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate proper, safe use of a forklift
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to follow instructions
  • Must abide by all safety rules
  • Must wear proper personal protective equipment
  • Must have stable work experience and good attendance record
