By combining the strengths of Super-Pufft Snacks, USA, and Shearer’s, we anticipate enhanced operational efficiencies, improved supply chain capabilities, and increased geographical reach.

We at Shearer’s have plans to immediately expand production and continue to grow the team in the Perry facility as well as continue to service our key customers. We have the following shift available for immediate hire:
Forklift Operator
Nights - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Your seat at the best snacks table:
Adhere to all GMP’s, Food Safety requirements and company policiesPick appropriate cases according to order using required technologyLoad and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storageLoad trailers via forklift or stack cases on floor of truck trailerAssist in product inventoryGeneral housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as requiredLift objects that weigh between 15 and 50 poundsOther duties as assigned by line leader / managementWhat you bring to the party:
Must have good written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to demonstrate proper, safe use of a forkliftMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to follow instructionsMust abide by all safety rulesMust wear proper personal protective equipmentMust have stable work experience and good attendance recordWe offer a variety pack of benefits after just 30 days:
