This is a Hybrid Role based out of our Regional Legal Office in Newton, MA. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. ** The Compliance and Quality Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's commitment to excellence in compliance and quality of care through a strategic use of data. This position is central to driving continuous improvement by collaborating with Compliance and Quality leadership to develop, monitor, and enhance compliance and quality initiatives. The analyst will be responsible for managing comprehensive reporting systems, forecasting trends, and leading real-time monitoring to ensure adherence to standards and optimal performance. By setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving operational review reporting, the Compliance and Quality Analyst supports strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, using healthcare analytics and predictive modeling to propose actionable solutions. Additionally, the analyst will work closely with senior executives to enhance patient and family experiences, ensuring that compliance and quality efforts align with the organization's goals and evolving business needs. Manage Reporting & Forecasting: Oversee compliance and quality reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and insightful analysis. Lead Real-Time Monitoring: Supervise real-time quality and compliance monitoring to ensure standards are consistently met. Set & Track KPIs: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives to measure success and drive results. Operational Reviews: Spearhead monthly and quarterly compliance and quality operational review reporting for strategic insights. Collaborate with Executives: Work closely with senior compliance, quality, and operating executives to enhance patient and family experiences. Analyze Business Trends: Collect and analyze data to identify business trends, proposing data-driven solutions based on best practices and future needs. Spot Opportunities: Examine data sets for anomalies, outliers, and trend changes to uncover opportunities for improvement. Apply Advanced Analytics: Utilize healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, and other analytical methods to assess business impacts and make informed recommendations. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Economics, Business Administrations, Finance, or related field required. 2-4 years of relevant healthcare experience in financial planning & analysis, compliance, quality, or other related fields. Strong working familiarity with accounting and financial reporting, using BI systems (ideally Oracle/Netsuite and Tableau). EMR experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills required. Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to develop a rapport with all colleagues at all levels in order to cultivate an environment conducive to compliance and quality improvement initiatives Ability to manage multiple projects as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment, and meet overall objectives.
