Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSummaryUnder general supervision safely performs tasks associated with the operation, rig up/down of pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard or customer location. Employee in this position will be responsible for operating and maintaining Dual Fluid pumps or other assigned equipment during operations as well as pre and post job execution. Employee may be required to perform a variety of task or job duties assigned by Supervisor. Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.RequirementsKey AccountabilitiesOperate, service, and maintain equipment in a safe mannerComplete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenanceComplete electronic DOT driver logs dailyComply with required safety and operational proceduresTrain and mentor less experienced crew members during jobsAssists other employees with equipment rigs up and rig downOperate Frac fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment proceduresPerform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that iron certifications are up to datePerform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisorPerform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulationsActively participates in safety meetings and assist to identify and address risks and hazardsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to read, write and speak English to the extent that they can understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions in EnglishAbility to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job related calculationsKnowledge of DOT rules and regulations as required for the positionBasic computer skills are preferredKnowledge of company policies, QHSE standards and departmental guidelinesKnowledge and skills to complete driver logsKnowledge of Frac Pumps, operations and maintenanceAble to operate Frac pumps as per operating standards and proceduresKnowledge of company policies, QHSE standards and PSL guidelinesMust possess the communications skills required to perform the essential functions of the jobMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sittingExposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditionsMust have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs, including weekends, and be on a "on -call" rotationAbility to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirementsEducation RequirementsH.S. Diploma or equivalent requiredWork Experience1 - 2 years' required experienceLicenses and CertificationsMust have a valid Class A Driver's License with the proper endorsements required for the type vehicle operated, issued by state of residenceRequired Endorsements:Class A CDL
