Hillcrest Concrete Pumping is a service-based company hired by construction contractors, concrete finishers, and private projects managers. Our job is to make their job easier by pumping the concrete from the mixing trucks to the desired locations. We are looking for someone to operate both a line pump and boom pump. Which pump is operated day to day will depend on customer needs.

A CDL is required; however, even if you don’t have pumping experience, we are willing to train the right person to operate the concrete pumps. A candidate with a mechanical background and an understanding of heavy equipment is preferred. You must be high energy with good work ethic, a fairly quick learner, and an honest person of integrity.

Although employees service jobs individually, we work together as a team. We hold a high standard for customer service, and value our employees, compensating fairly and offering benefits. We are a growing company and there is potential for advancement. Typical work hours are daylight hours and are home every night.
