As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance the company's overall brand positioning and drive business growth. With a strong understanding of the outsourcing/offshoring industry, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the outsourcing/offshoring industry Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as market share, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials Identify new opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations to further enhance brand visibility and reputation Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify growth opportunities for the brand Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Proven experience in brand management within the outsourcing/offshoring industry Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on brand development and management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey key messages to internal and external stakeholders Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to differentiate the brand from competitors Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize brand performance and reach target audience.
