Key Responsibilities:

•Monitor student accounts that have not completed their financial obligation and counsel students as needed on options and timelines.

•Provide the highest level of service to our students while they navigate their payment options.

•Manage monthly payment plans through third-party provider to ensure accurate balance amounts and monitoring for on-time payments.

•Generate and review monthly aging reports to ensure that students who have had difficulties meeting their financial obligations have been communicated with and counseled accordingly.

•Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of processes relating to students completing their financial obligations and provide feedback to the Director of Student Billing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.

•1-3 years of experience in higher education financial aid or accounts receivable department.
