Japanese logistics company is seeking a Logistics Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Standardize the company's USA logistics operations and procedures in accordance with Management System of quality and improve customer satisfaction
Continually improve (Kaizen) practices from PCDA cycle for Quality Warehouse Management
Prepare regular management reports for senior management review
Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of operational evaluation and improvements tracking KPI/KGIs
Ability to handle time sensitive deadline dates of all logistics and transportation requirements
Analyze data and ensure timeliness of all logistics and transportation requirements are met and updated
Assist branch offices in communicating with customers regarding the process and requirements for both verbal and written communications
Support sales by creating marketing and promotional material which can be customer specific
Establish and maintain relationships with various vendors and customers
Knowledge and implementation skills of 3S/5S is important
Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager and/or the Company
Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and effective methods in daily work processes
Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace
Report immediately all irregular issues and problems to supervisor/manager for solution
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
Complies with all company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred in sales and marketing.
Three to five years of previous experience in a similar position and a proven track record of customer service and sales is preferred.
General office equipment including phones, copier, copier/printer, personal computer, etc
Software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office, CargoWise helpful
Any other certificate or training records that are required by each department, position/title, or government agency.
Japanese skill is a big plus

SALARY:
$45~50K
