Human Resources Coordinator (Entry Level)
Exciting opportunity alert for a recent college grad 🚀 Join us at MOSS, an award-winning home remodeling company in Northern Virginia, as a Human Resources Coordinator and be a part of a team that is changing the game in the residential remodeling industry. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, managing candidate flow in the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), coordinating assessments, background checks and drug screens
  • Handle new hire orientation, onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Ensure all HR paperwork is processed timely, accurately and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Assist with benefits enrollment
  • Coordinate employee events including monthly, quarterly and annual meetings
  • Handle HR and office related administrative tasks
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and vendors
  • Manage timekeeping records and systems for hourly employees
  • Identify process improvements to streamline administrative burdens
  • Maintain logs, documents and records
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS systems preferred
Candidates must be local to Northern VA/Metro DC area.
